Etude

Le Lycée Français de Toronto organise pour les élèves du primaire un service d’étude et pour les élèves de 6ème/5ème un service d’étude/animation.

L’étude permet aux élèves de faire leur travail sous la responsabilité d’un surveillant ou d’un enseignant francophone. Ce programme aide également à surmonter les difficultés rencontrées à la maison, à l’apprentissage des leçons et à mettre en place des méthodes de travail et d’organisation.

L’étude est proposée aux élèves du Primaire après la classe.
Les enfants ont une demi-heure de récréation de 15h à 15h30, puis ils sont pris dans la cour et conduits dans leurs études respectives de 15h30 à 16h30.
Il n’y a pas d’étude les vendredis et la veille des congés.

Study Hall

The LFT offers a study hall service for primary school students and a service of school study help & after-school activities for grade-6/7 students.

Students enrolled in the Study Hall service will be able to do their homework under the supervision of a French-speaking supervisor or teacher. This service will help them overcome any difficulties encountered while studying at home; it will also help them become more autonomous and acquire good study habits.

The study hall service is offered to primary-school students right after classes.

Students will enjoy a half-an-hour break (from 3 to 3.30 pm) and will then wait for the supervisor or teacher in the playground as they will go together to their study hall room for daily study service from 3.30 to 4.30 pm.

Please note that there is no study hall service on Fridays and on the day before holiday.
