Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed of eleven members: six representatives of parents (elected), two staff representatives (elected) and three individuals (appointed by the directors who may enhance the influence of the LFT).
This body administers the LFT, prepares the LFT budget, and is the legal employer of local staff. Elections are held in November; interested parents should submit a letter declaring their candidacy.
The board of observers is composed of : The Consul General of France in Toronto (Honorary President of the Corporation), the Head of School, the Cultural Attaché from the Consulate of France in Toronto, the Primary School Director, the Secondary School Director and the Administration and Finance Director.
